We do not sell personal information.

We may share relevant booking and contact information so that:

  • Trainers can deliver booked sessions, and

  • Clients can communicate about their sessions.

  • Website hosting providers,

  • Email and messaging services,

  • Analytics and security providers.

These providers are only permitted to use personal information to perform services on our behalf.

4.0 Payment data and security

4.1 Card information

TTG does not store full card numbers, CVVs, or magnetic stripe data. Payments are processed through PCI‑DSS compliant third‑party payment providers.

4.2 Saved payment methods

If you choose to save a payment method, it is stored by the payment provider and represented to TTG by a secure token. TTG can only use this token for purposes permitted under our Terms, such as bookings, cancellations, or no‑show fees.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in,

  • Remember preferences,

  • Analyse platform usage and performance.

You can control cookie usage through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.

  • Reminders and updates,

  • Account or policy changes.

These are necessary for platform operation.
